Wedding Day poemGreen grass, Blue skies, Yellow flowers.
People standing infront of their seats waiting my arrival.
I stand staring out my lace vail. Deep breath, I clutch my bouquet.
Grabbing hold of my fathers arm, the music begins.
Slowly we walk down the isle lined in petals.
Growing closer and closer to the man I love.
I see his smile, and I cant help but smile back.
We reach the point where I have to let go.
I hand my bouquet to the women in my left. Let go of father on my right and step forward.
Taking the hand of the man I'm about to spend enternity with.
We exchange our vows, Say "I do."
Fate is locked in place. I am now not only a bride, but a wife.
He is not only a groom, but now my husband.
The rest of the world fades away as we seal it with a kiss.
And now we begin the rest of our lives as not only two people,
Not just a couple,
Not just a relationship,
But a marriage.
And most importantly, two people who completely and love eachother.
